Original ownership required
This warranty extends only to the original owner and is non-transferable. To make a claim you must provide proof of first ownership. If the cue is sold or otherwise transferred to another party at any point in time, the warranty is immediately and permanently void.
What's not covered
Normal wear of consumable parts (tips, ferrules, and wraps), damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage, and modifications made by third parties fall outside warranty coverage. Consumable services are always available at a fair rate.
